So I just rebuilt my carb's today.... All new gaskets, needle valve, and seats. Motor was running before I did the rebuild, but just not running good. And now I cant even get it to start. I know I installed everything correctly. I think it's getting too much fuel.... I tryed choking it, using starting fluid, took the carb's back apart to see if I forgot to do something. Everything is correct. Any suggestions?

Remove the bowel drain screws and pump the primer bulb and see if the float bowels are filling with fuel.
By the way, you shouldn't use starting fluid, no lube in it. You can use a spray bottle and fill it with gas/oil mixture and spray it into the carb throats.

I removed the bowel drain screws and it is filling up with fuel, because when I took them out, fuel was pooring out of the bowel

Well you are getting fuel into the carbs, and there are no adjustments on your carbs. You say it wouldn't fire on starting fluid, you might check spark and see what you have. Are the plugs fouled with fuel?

I'm getting spark... and the plugs are brand new. I'm lost.

It should start right up.... if the float doesn't have the right clearance can that be the issue?
