bought boat and engine used about a year ago, had engine serviced and tuned up at that time. Run great until last weekend note "only had out 6 times or so" when backing down from full throttle its like it loads up and dies what could be causing this? carb or choke, bad gas? would not start back up, but sit for about 30 minutes and started back up. what could it be? thanks for any and all help.
