Can someone give me some tips on how to adjust the fuel mixture ratios on my Merc 1150. It was running well top end but not holding a good idle, stalling after slow down. I did some adusting on my own, it idles well now but dies when I start fast when trying to get a skiier up. I adjusted the mixture screws 1/4 to 1/2 turns evenly and just used my ear to determine better or worse. Is there a better method I can handle or does this require a trained ear?
