Hi guys, thought I'd give ya'll an update on my little ss project. Havent been able to work much in this blast furnace heat wave we've been having, but I've gotten a little bit done.I've been gathering materials like epoxy, vinyl,Gulvit, fasteners, paint, etc.Got my replacement side boards, dash boards, transom, and rear slide panels cut, epoxied and covered.Getting ready to start paint and flooring. Man It's a little harder not having anything much of patterns to go by,but I think I've got it nailed down.Thought I'd throw some pictures up of what i've gotten done. Thanks to all you guys for the info on where to pick up some of this stuff.More updates to follow.

Parts are lookin' good. I hear ya on not having much for templates. I ended up using cardboard for most of my mock-ups.

Yep,Looks like I'm going to have to do the same thing on the consoles and the front flooring pieces. The rear flooring boards look pretty straightforward.Looks like I'm going to use 3/4" exterior grade ply and epoxy on the flooring to give me a little more strength for the pedestle mounts.Still working on getting the hull welded so I can get started on paint and flooring.A little two inch crack is holding up progress.I'm getting ancy. One thing at a time I guess.Have a good one.

I added some thickness under the deck in the approximate area under where the pedestals would go. I ended up hitting the addition with at least of the lag bolts :p
