74' Johnson 25hp Runs only with choke? Help plz

I was on the river running along just fine and all of a sudden I started losing power and it died. Now it will only stay running choked but barely moves along with that. It is a 1974 johnson 25hp. seahorse. I changed the plugs, it seems like a fuel problem.

its starving for fuel clean the jets prob, the hi speed one stoped up did it sit along time

Does the fuel bulb pump up tight? if so,it sounds like trash in carb. Remove and clean. Clear all passages.
I use a spray carb cleaner to see that each passage has good flow. A thin wire will help in clearing passages if needed.
