Ok so i have a problem. When i take out my spark plugs the starter will spin the flywheel relativily fast, enough to make the plugs spark. But when i insert the plugs the fly wheel will spin extremely slow, like there is alot of resistance pushing back agianst it. And then the plugs wont spark, so im really at a loss and dont know what to do.

Make sure you use a fully charged battery and all the connections are clean. It kind of sounds like a weak starter though. It will run fine with no load but the starter motor is dragging when the load has increased. I'm not sure if it works that way but I would say, start with good battery and than if there is still problems, pull the starter off and run it down to the auto store, boat shop, electrical service rebuild shop etc.. and have it checked for an excessive amp draw under load.

just a quick update, im using jumper cables to jump off the starter from its lead. So could it be because there is not enough torque on the stater. but i really dont know. Its a new battery too, bought today.
