74 mercruiser 302 torque specs?

Here is my loaded question.I am looking for torque specs on a 74 mercruiser 302 for the exhaust manifold and riser and spark plugs.Also should i be using any sealant on the gaskets and bolts and plugs?Thanks

Spark plug, just snug them
As for the rest of the motor, start here and flip thru the manual
