Hey guys, got a problem. I was hoping some of you might have seen this before or may have some input on this.
I fish weekly, take care of my gas and have not had a problem with this motor in a good while. I put in at daylight and the motor starts, idles, and runs out fine. When I get done fishing about 11 am or so, it has gotten hot (air temps). Motor starts, idles and runs out fine back to ramp. When I reduce throttle to half or so the motor dies like I shut it off. No sputtering or anything. It takes almost full warmup lever and some cranking to get it started again. Once it starts it runs fine with at least half or better of warmup lever. When it is reduced to half or less, dies again. Any one have any thoughts on this issue?
