74 tilt n trim modle 135489 b
I just wanted to take a shot in the dark and see if anyone had the O.D. of the orings used in this unit. I have found the 2 cylinder kits ( brp ) but I have not found the orings for the shuttle valve manual release and the check valve, I have contacted BRP and it seams that the other motor kit offerd does not come with the seals for these and they do not just sell the oring. I have access to a compleat hydrolic seal kit and I am thinking that I am going to have to mach those orings up, but I am not sure if the ones that are in the unit are the wright size since someone has already but the unit at one time.

in luck I was able to find an original pump motor rebuild kit with all seals

Thanks for the update. If you don't mind me asking, where did you find the rebuild kit? Was it old stock at a dealer, or was it from a dealer that specializes in obsolete parts?

old stock from dealer ( arts marine ) just got the pump build having a problem with the wiring but should be able to get it here in a few im doing a little research right now on here

well rebuild my first tilt trim unit works good on the bench cant wait to hang the motor back on the boat an see if it works under a load

4 hrs tear down and build
72 dollars for the seal kit for both cylinders and motor
