Not that I'm aware of but there are two items that are available. 1) bungee cord at the wheel, 2) transom saver

Every bass fisherman uses a trailering rod with rubber/plastic V's on each end. One end rests on the trailer and one end rests on the lower unit, and it takes the pressure off the power trim. The steering doesn't move using this system.
