75 Merc Just No Right

Took 24' pontoon out with 75 mercury and motor ran fine until full trottle. It ran like the foot was not in the water. Like a blow out. I checked it while running and it was in the water fine, trimmed all the way down. Motor performs great until full trottle. any ideas

You may have to trim it down a bit more at full throttle.Those pontoons have a funny way of going on plane.
It may also very well be that the passengers were sitting to far to the front or the rear,thereby causing a lack of balance that mixed in with the high running speed and causing the engine to cavitate
