76 Johnson 25 hp leaking lower unit oil from untapped weep hole

Noticed the oil after bringing my boat home from the lake...wiped it off and check it a day or so later.....found oil weeping from the hole during the day in the driveway.....
I have recently replaced the water pump and gearcase spaghetti gasket.
Looking for ideas on what might be going on...

It could be unburned fuel or gear case oil. Have your gear case pressure and vacuum checked to make sure it's not leaking.
