76 lowe 14 ft v bottom

I recently purchased the boat in title.

I am curious to as in how you replace the wood at the rear of the boat where the motor attaches. The wood that is there in place now is rotten towards the bottom.

Do you have to undo all of them aluminum rivets and then replace them also?
If this is the way to do it. Where can you buy them rivet guns and supplies?
Is there any sealant needed for the rivets and such.

Ok i will get some up and post them to refresh the thread. I have been rather busy working on the project now. I am moving the axels back a bit and rewiring etc. Thanks
