boat has not been ran in about 4 years. i have replaced impeller, rebuilt carb, and added a new fuel pump. the boat runs good for about 10 to 20 minutes then it acts like it runs out of gas. I am wondering if the motor may be overheating. is there a therostat on the motor. will crank back up and run fine

when it dies, will it start right back up and run good or do you have to wait awhile? Can you put your hand on the powerhead for a few seconds without getting burned? Sounds like a fuel problem. Is the fuek tank vent open and clear? Might try another fuel tank, also. And, your fuel mixture is 50:1. 1 pint of TCW-3 oil to 6 Gallons of gas, or about 2.5 ounces of oil per gallon of gas
