77 evinrude 140 on bayliner capri 17ft open bow help

[me again]

ok guys i got this boat from my father inlaw it was on a vacation for 4 years.got all water logged foam out of it fixed the floor got it running.then i rebuilt carbs put fresh gas in 50 to 1 mix now it idles fine revs fine out of water in the water it stalls sometimes when i go in gear but once i get going its fine every now in then it bogs then i pull throttle back and it runs fine again i think it needs to be adjusted a little bit dont really want to spend 40 dollars on a manual if its simple fix can any body point me in the right derection on adjusting this puppy im handy i can do it no problem but any help would be great thanks

I'd replace all the fuel lines, flush the tank out, you may have reclogged the carbs again already.

After that, have someone pump the bulb when it starts to bog down, could be pump or clogged carbs again, everything has to be scrupulously clean, that is best done with new fuel lines.

You may have a weak fuel pump.
