How much it would cost, depends on a lot of variables. Are you doing the work yourself? Part of the work yourself? Having someone do the whole thing? What do you consider a rebuild? Two strokes can be expensive to rebuild if you have to have someone do the crank pressing, bearings etc. Not to mention the cylinder boring, coating ( if applicable) etc. give a little more info and I'm sure someone can give you a ballpark.
