78 evinrude rough idle and top end

1978 evinrude moor just had carbies rebuilt and full service 4 months ago won't idle down low on cold but when warms up idles rough then stalls,on the water half throttle is ok but jump on the gas and it sounds like it miss fires..you feel it go then sort of back off and so forth like bad fuel..has any1 had these problems and able to fix them

Can't believe I didn't write that.. it's a 55hp sorry..
