If the outer skin of my transom is deformed(bowed out) will the repair process all of you have been instructing other posts to use bring it back into place and hold it there? Before YD yells at me I'll try to post pics tomorrow AM when I get home from work. The transom is definitely rotted and I was told to never cut the outer skin. I've heard enough here to know to check the stringers and I have downloaded Woodglass' drawings and clamp pics. Great info here. I'm in your hands as to how to proceed.
