Ok, I sort of had this boat fall in my lap.
I need to get it running in order to get a car I want from someone (A rare 1975 "swallowtail" VW Rabbit) but I just cannot get it to start.
Well, let me back track. I got it to start, but it was spraying fuel everywhere. A couple of taps on the carb, and I unstuck the float. So now, no starting. Just turns over until the battery is dead.
Also, (stupid noob question alert) what needs to be under water for the cooling system to work?
