well im turning her into a walleye boat for lake erie. bought this from my buddy last year who recently passed so it kinda lit a fire under my butt to start working on it again. it needs a lot of little things still but most of the major carnage is done other than re-upholstering the cuddy cab and laying new carpet. i appreciate criticism so please by all means. ive gotta guy whos going to rebuild the outdrive with all new seals and new impellar for $170..too good to be true ??? lol we'll find out.. also can anyone verify thats a PRE-ALPHA outdrive? heres some pics
