79 200 merc. no water at weep hole

new water pump,thermostats,poppet valve and great water press.15psi at idle.all lines clean and still very little water from weep hole?

could it be possible its building pressure, but a clog in the line is blocking the tell tale? possibly salt build up or something not allowing a good stream from the tell tale?

Yep, probably, cause 15 psi at idle is way too much. Should be more around 6-7 psi.
