79 35hp evinrude problem

Ok guys i rebuilt the fuel pump it doesn't leak any more and we to carb off and cleaned it useing the manual we went to run it and it cranked right up then it sputtered and shutoff now all it will do is trun over we check and it is gettin spark in both clyinders any other ideals ?? Help please

have you replaced fuel line with B1 rated alcohol resistant lines. the ethanol i fuel softens the old lines, handling them cause pieces to break off, and settle in the carb. may have to pull carb again. will it start if you put premixed fuel into the front of the carb?

i replaced all lines with new lines i have not tried it with premixed fuel i will tho and i will let you know
