Got my carb rebuilt by the local boat dealer after I left gas sit all winter/spring in the carb. my problem is the boat just isnt as fast as it was before. The dealer cheked it over and said it was right as it should be. Anyone know what the problem might be

How much slower is it running? Is it slow enough that you might be dropping a cylinder?
The high speed jet is fixed on your engine so there is no adjustment there.

No, its running on both cylinders just about 3 mph slower. but that is alot to me because I could only get 21mph before now its 17 or 18 downstream.

HAve you checked to see if the throttle valve is opening fully? Sometimes when a carb is taken off and put back on, the linkage needs resyncing.
