Welcome to Iboats, Don!<br /><br />Eska built outboards with Tecumseh engines on top. 1717 is a '69 7hp which uses a Techumseh 639-05 engine. The carb kit is 52030. You can try getting a carb kit from a local mower or chainsaw repair shop (don't tell them it's for an outboard!), discount-marine-parts dot com, or google "Brix Enterprise". Sorry, we're not allowed to directly link these.<br />My fuel/mix chart shows a greasy 16:1 for that engine. Use lawn-mower/chainsaw/TC oil for air-cooled engines rather than TC-W3 outboard oil (for water cooled engines).
