8.1 Gi manifolds

Hi, quick question. Are the volvo 7.4 and 8.1 manifolds the same? I see them listed for sale as being the same, would just like to confirm here. I bought a boat and I would like to throw in some new manifolds on it for peace of mind.

Second question, how hard is it to upgrade the 8.1 from 375 hp to 420 hp?
