My boat has been parked since Oct. and the other day I could hear a motor sound and I found it was the lift motor(pump) screaming like hell. Not sure how long it had been going, I could hear it in the garage. The motor was too hot to touch! I disconnected it from the battery and of course it stopped, I reconnected it and all was normal? WTF!!!! It was a good thing I was home that day.
Has anyone else had this happen or do I have a ghost? Any thoughts?
