Re: 80 140hp 3.0l bayliner mutiny
what they aren't spelling out in plain language is you have to have the new stuff fabricated by a local shop. There are lots of upholstery shops that do marine interiors, or you can spend your $$$ buying ready made seats from a marine supply. The condition of the wood backing and overall structure of your existing seats may determine whether you can just have 'em recovered with fresh material.

As for a bimini top- again, you'll do best to find a "local" shop that does boat tops. Call a boat dealer in your area and see if they can refer you to the shop that does their work. Whether you're revamping an existing top or going for an all new installation, you should be able to find a shop that can take care of you.

FYI- I had a full sunbrella top, stand up height made for my 22' Sea Ray. Most of the snaps were existing but he had to make all the frame etc... the cost was $700. I thought that was very reasonable and this guy did it in about 6 hours.
