Ok.. I have an 80hp mercury outboard.. I didn't winterize it.. First time out this spring it ran better than it ever has. Replaced my prop and now it only runs about half power. Could this just be plugs?
Not to gripe or anything, but we need a little more information....<br />Does the motor run only at half power both in Neutral and while in gear?<br />Is your new prop the proper size for the engine?
