It seems when i put it in reverse(while in water) it "slips" and i can hear something like loud "ticking" while in reverse and the boat definitely does not go reverse like it should(it still goes just VERY slowly). Forward works good, no noises. My guess is the clutch dog is rounded off on one side.. now how much is a pain is it to replace? I have the manual but i'm just looking at time vs money, part numbers, and/or if its worth to have a marina take a look at it.
