81 johnson lower unit question

while it's out i figured i'd change my prop seals--

my question is:
are part #'s 7, 2, 4 and 3 INSIDE the bearing carrier already? when i took it off the only loose part was #32
i'm assuming #53 is already mounted in the prop as i didnt see any loose pieces for that either?

also there was no oring behind the bearing carrier, just that black seal ring you can see on the back of the carrier in the picture.

the back of the bearing carrier seemed a little rough and pitted in spots I just want to make sure i'm not missing anything

2,3 and 4 are part of the carrier........7 is carrier seal and is loose........53 is the prop hub......32 is the thrust washer for the prop...

thanks for the reply, #7 was nowhere to be found, only the rubber piece on the rear of the carrier was there, but it's more of a flat piece not an oring

It was an o-ring to start with but got flat after being in there for awhile.
