'82 Eveinrude 35HP

Evinrude E35ELCND 35HP. Prop turns fine at idle and slightly above. Anything over 1/4 throttle, prop slips and engine revs. I've pulled the lower unit and everything "seems" ok. Does this outboard have a clutch of some sort that might be slipping?

Could be the prop hub.......Do a search on that, you should find some good info. That could be causing your problem, simple fix.
