82 Evinrude 7.5hp issues

Posted a thread last week that got me off and runnin in the right direction. I rebuilt carb, fuel pump, and linked and synched the carb. I took off runnin this mornin like it shoulda, but soon fouled plugs after that and didn't want to run right after that. Changed plugs, no dice. Fouled almost immediately. Need some input. Got spark and compression seems good, this thing just has a mind of its own.

Does this have a primer/enrichiner? Make sure it's all the way closed. Could be a bad seal inside causing a rich condition too.

Many carbs are rebuilt, and many end up with something wrong with them. This sounds like an over-rich situation, and may mean a problem with the float level, the needle and seat, or some other error in reassembling the carburetor.

That's the most likely situation here.
