having problems with wireing purchased the boat and ran it on muffs worked great then tryed to start it one day and just here a click some times most of the time nothing re-placed the ignition switch and the fuse link from the battery to the main switch even re-placed the toggle switch and still the same thig any body no what else it could be the boat is not ready for water do to repairs on the boat but the engine ran great when i purchased it.also cheacke the silonid when i put my meter on it with the switch in off i show power when i switch on theres no power????

Make sure your battery is good, then clean all battery cables and battery post. Then clean the cables where they attach to the engine, especially the ground cable.

i will try and clean the cabls and battery tonite the battery is only 2 1/2 months old was purchased when i got the boat (Charlie)didnt think to add this part some times when i move the shifter thats when it click almost sounds like a spark completly re-charged the battery yesterday thought it mite be low and causeing the problem
