83 50hp intermitten spark... need help

This is driving me crazy.. Earlier today engine ran fine at home used earmuffs to warm up and ensure start at the marina. After launching at the marina no spark.. after 20 min I loaded up and headed home.. Guess what? now its running fine. This is happening to often. Eginine was rebuild 6 years ago before sitting for the last 4.
This is what i have replaced or fixed recently.

Engine wiring harness new
coils new
PP new
plugs & wires
carbs rebuilt
new battery cables
water pump
fuel filter

Get a spark testor and check to see if the spark will jump a 3/8" gap with a bright blue snap. Post the result.

With it running on the muffs pull one plug wire at a time. Post the result.

What do the plugs look like?
