A friend asked me to have a look this motor he got for 50 bucks for him as he said it was running poorly at wide open throttle, said it was like he hit a log every 30 seconds or so. I removed and cleaned the carb and replaced the fuel lines, but it still seems to lose fuel supply briefly and periodically at WOT. I am fairly sure that the problem lies in the high speed jet, but can't get the factory set jet out to blow it clean. Is it possible to get that jet out to clean it and hopefully remedy the problem and how can i do that? Thanks.
