i installed a new electronic distributor marine SAE j1171 with electronic points. i have have balancer set to zero number one pistion to top closed rotor pointing to number one spark plug . Still can't start motor what else do i need to do.update: i got her running set distributor about 8 degrees to the right! timed it at about 2000 rpms set to zero at balancer!!
