84 evinrude weight

I have an 84 115 hp evinrude and am considering replacing it with the same year 140.Is there much of a weight difference???I have a 17ft Mako and dont want to go too heavy.Charlie

The 84' 115 weighs 305lbs. and the 84' 140 weighs 315lbs.
