Has anybody successfully disassembled the 15 hp crank assembly to replace the center bearing? it looked to me that it was pressed together and pinned. Been awhile since I had it apart, but I'm thinking that the pin does not go through and must be drilled out to separate the pieces to get at the bearing. Can this be done? I've retired the motor because it seems to be getting noisy but I would like to fix it and use it for a kicker. There is no tag on the motor but I know it's a Yamaha and I'm only guessing that the year is 84 maybe 85.
