84 medallion 195 capacities

Hello. I recently purchased an 84 regal medallion 195. its a 115 johnson mounted with a sea drive. only problem is, its maximum capacities information plate is gone. I dont know how many people can be on my boat or what the weight limit is. I contacted regal in florida and they cant help me. they have no info. other than i can put up to a 160 hp engine on it and the dry weight of it. the boat came out of wisconsin and they dont have the number of people listed on the title or registration. Im in Iowa and they do require this info. on the registration. I really dont want to liscence it OR. can any one help? I would really like to get it liscenced and in the water this year.
