I have had issues with this motor since day 1. now that its finally running (!!!!) i took it to the lake and got motor in water, it ran in neutral at good idle speed for about 15 to 20 min. once i put it in gear and gave it some throttle the motor bogged out and died. as long as i just shift into gear at idle speed it does fine but once i give it some throttle it'll die. also if i leave it in neutral and manually adjust throttle bar if I go slowly it will rev up but if i go little faster it bogs out. any suggestions? too much fuel in carbs?
