This ercob at one point while excelerating, suddenly jumps up in speed. If it is backed off just below the surge, it doesn't run smoothly but it does at the higher speed. I ran it 16 miles on a 14' aluminum boat recently. It just gets up on plane, and surges after that. What would cause this? Thanks.
