85 baliner saw went thu hull

i have a 85 bayliner capri 1950 project i took the old rot wood out and in doing so went thu the hull. how can i fix this inside and the out side also what the best way of doing it also floor need replace and i would like some feed back on how to go about getting it out also its only as wide as a sawal blade and about four or six inches down

Well join the club. Lol. I cut one in my hull, and then ground a hole in the rear near transom. There are several threads on here about this exact problem. I ground down around the cut area to good glass, then cut 4 pieces of 1.5 csm making each piece slightly larger than the first to cover cut. I laid them all in one layup. As far as outside of the hull I sanded down around area and put gel coat in mixed with cabosil to make a paste. Then I sanded and you could not even see where it was originally. I am sure others will chime in with their opinions as well.
