85 force high idle

Alright guys so I got an 88 force 85 hp took out the other day first time out all year ran great today went out fired up instant high idle tryed few more times same thing it won’t idle down any suggestions

What happens if you disconnect the throttle cable at the engine? Does it idle down? If so, you have a cable/control issue.
