85 Horse Suzi

I'm back. I have a 1982, 85 Horse Suzuki and it will not start without starting fluid. I know I probably shouldn't use it but it's the only way I can get it to start. After I get it started I have to rev it up then put it in gear quick because it will not idle. But if I run it at 2500 rpms or more it's OK. At WOT it is perfect. I mix the oil and gas b/c the oil injection has been removed. Any suggestions?
