85 HP 1988 Force

I own a Bayliner center console that previously had a 85 hp Force, I have mounted a 85 HP 1974 Johnson. I need the wiring diagram for the wires<br />from the key seitch so that I have match up the Red Plug wires from the Johnson to the Force key switch. <br />Can anyone be of assistance.?<br />Thanks Boatinut

Johnson wires should be as follows...<br /><br />Purple to A (+ key on)<br />Red or red/purple to B (battery +)<br />Black to one of the M leads<br />Black/yellow to the other M lead<br />Purple/white or Purple/yellow to C for choke<br />White(?) to S for start.
