ok, so i hope that im at the final stages of getting on the water for the first time this season. This is what i have already completed.... Carb rebuild, head replacement, plug replacement, coil check, spark check, replaced wires, fuel lines clean, new fuel, 50:1 ratio, head gasket replacement, thermostat replacement, temp switch (head) replacement, water cover gasket replacement, low speed needle readjustment, seafoam cleanse, water impeller replacement, lower gear oil change... I think thats about it.
When I purchased the motor, she was running, but I did not let it run long enough to notice the issue. It would run for a few minutes then bog out. I found out (after doing the regular tuneup when buying a used motor) that the water cover gasket was letting fuel into the top cylinder when the thermostat would release the water causing the motor to bog out. I pulled the cover and saw that the PO used a helicoil so i order a used head and replaced that and the head gasket. after i did that, i was able to keep it running longer, but as it warmed up it would bog really bad and start to putter, i would open the throttle and push the thick smoke out and it would run like normal for another minute or so. After adjusting the low speed needle it got to the point where i was able to keep it running for about 25minutes, then it finally bogged down all the way and that was that. After doing some research, im guessing my last step is a cam adjustment? throttle adjustment? I have an idea but i wanted to get some recommendation before moving forward. Let me know if i need to give more information.

I posted these pictures hoping that they will tell what i need to do. These next steps will be new to me so use the pictures to say what needs to be done please , thanks! I also need to figure out what is default settings for the throttle adjustment.
