This is what I've done. Let me know what you think.
My trim rams work. However when i put the trim all the way down they bleed off, raising the trim. I've made two supports out of 1" pvc schedule 40 (about an 1/8" thick) I cut a gap in each of them to snap over the hydrolic ram. When the system bleeds out the engine rests on these supports. To remove them I just raise the engine and snap them back off. Has anyone heard of doing something like this? It's only temporary until I tear down in the winter.

By the way anyone know of a fix for the stringer mounts. (holes are all pulled out)
