85 yamaha 115 2-stroke

couple questions .... is the top bolt on the starter for the ground ? , the bottom one is hooked to some other electrical boxs.<br />and how would i get the power tilt to work (i dont have the hook ups yet ) what wires do i need to hook to + and grnd

The large one towards the top center of the starter is for the battery ground. The smaller one is for the engine harness ground.
