Tried to replace the impeller on my 1988 85HP Force the other day. The dealer kept giving me the worng impeller. I took the old one in and what you know. I finally got the right part, however the parts guy had to give me an impeller from an 85 HP Mercury instead. The books were all messed up. Has this happened to anyone before. Im glad I didnt order the impeller off the internet.
