My motor wants to bog out when I hit the throttle about half way. If i click the choke at the key, the motor kicks in and goes to top speed. When I pull it back it wants to stall also. I cleaned the carbs at the beginning of the season but I've heard the jets could be clogged.

How do I clean the jets? Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the help

in most cases when an outboard acts this way it has a dry rotted fule line with cracks in it letting in way to much air so when you choke it ,it cuts down on the air and ups the fuel flow so that the air fuel ratio is not to lean and the motor is not starved for fuel anymore and it accelerates.

Had the same problem, mine was the check valves in the fuel pump,
